Dan Coen-President

Dan Coen founded Call Center Today and serves as primary consultant and trainer to Call Center Today's clients.  In addition, as President, Dan is responsible for brand and direct marketing, corporate vision and leadership strategy for the organization.

Prior to founding Call Center Today Dan served in several management roles for companies of all shapes and sizes.  From small family-owned organizations to large corporate enterprises, Dan gained truly valuable experience learning about team cultures and business methods and infrastructure from these companies. 

Dan loves baseball, although he has only won his fantasy baseball league once. He is also a Vice Presidents of the United States fan, having founded www.vicepresidents.com. And when he isn't working for clients, watching baseball or reading of vice presidents, he rests.

In addition to consulting and training, Dan is the author of several call center management books.  These include: 101 Lessons for GREAT Call Center Management, Building Call Center Culture, and Ring Up Phone Sales.
